Improving end-of-life care with some good questions
Recently in the *New York Times *Atul Gawande wrote about end-of-life care and helping people make the most of the time they have left. Makes sense to me. Let’s hope the four questions he describes can be a general Rx for doctors everywhere.

Yes. Today on DemocracyNow.org the whole hour long show was an interview with him. The last half is on end of life issues which struck me, as the article in NYT struck you, as very intelligent and helpful.
I loved this essay. I loved the clarity of the four questions, loved it that he says those questions need to be asked frequently because peoples' thoughts and feelings change.
